These delicious Veracruz-style tamales are a Two Mamacitas family tradition. Organic, Non-GMO, Heirloom corn masa (milled in-house) stuffed with organic chicken thighs and bathed in a smoky salsa made from toasted dried chile pasillas, chile guajillos, chile moritas, sesame seeds, onion, garlic, & chicken broth. The chicken cooks to tender and juicy perfection while gently steaming inside this banana leaf wrapped tamale.
