A super yummy vegetarian version of one of Oaxaca’s most traditional tamales. Organic, Non-GMO, Heirloom corn masa (milled in-house) stuffed with chopped Chipilín leaves, roasted chile verde, potato and pepper jack cheese. Lovingly wrapped and steamed in corn husks.

All tamale orders come with salsa roja and curtido (pickled cabbage slaw) !
